02Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026. This policy explains what information Detroit Golf Sim LLC collects and how it's used.
Information we collect
- Name, email address, and phone number provided at booking
- Reservation details: date, time, sim, and duration
- Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider (we do not store card numbers)
How we use it
- To confirm and manage your reservation
- To send door access codes valid during your booked time
- To send reservation reminders
- To respond if you contact us with a question or issue
Text messaging
Phone numbers and SMS consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Text messages are sent solely to fulfill your reservation, including booking confirmations, door access codes, and reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your bookings. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance.
Data sharing
We use third-party services to operate the business, including booking, payment, and door access providers. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function. We do not sell customer information to anyone.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can request that we delete your information by emailing us at the address below.
